The Northern Virginia Nereids (NVN), the premier regional synchronized swimming team for the past three decades, is currently seeking interested athletes to join us as we kick off the 2008-2009 season. Prior experience with competitive swimming or synchronized swimming is not required.
NVN competes locally, regionally, and nationally. NVN is a non-profit team supported by a great parent organization and by an outstanding team of highly experienced coaches with a goal of having each athlete reach their full potential.
For those unsure of their child's interest - We can arrange for attendance at a few practices before committing to the season.
Participants must be comfortable in the water, current team members range from age 7 to high school seniors.
