Synchronized Swimming Introductory Clinic

in conjunction with the local Girl Scouts

*** Join us for the fifth year of this clinic ***

Come and join Northern Virginia Nereids (NVN) on Saturday, March 20th, 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Audrey Moore RECenter at Wakefield Park

NVN coaches and athletes will introduce attendees to the sport of synchronized swimming.

A one piece bathing suit is required as well as a comfort swimming in deep water (participants must be able to complete a single lap of the pool).

Advance registration of $15 for each participant. A special "synchro" noseclip and participation patch will be provided.

Attendees not associated with a local Girl Scout troop are welcome to attend.
