Coach Sabra

Coach Sabra has been involved in Synchronized Swimming for over 10 years.  Starting with the Nereids in 2000, she has competed in multiple Age Group Nationals, the US Opens and was a member of the team that won the South Zone Championship Trophy in 2006.  In 2006, she ranked 7th at the 18-19 Age Group Nationals in the Trio competition.  After graduating from high school, Sabra attended George Mason University; where she co-founded the George Mason Synchronized Swimming Club Team with a fellow ex-Nereid and went on to compete at the Collegiate Nationals for multiple years.  Sabra graduated from George Mason University in January 2010 with a degree in English.  Currently attending The George Washington University, she plans to graduate with her Masters Degree in Secondary Education in May 2011.  Sabra coached the 13-15 teams for the Nereids last year and is looking forward to working with the 13-15s again this season.
