Artistic swimming (formerly known as synchronized swimming) is an awesome Olympic sport that combines dance, gymnastics, and swimming.

The Northern Virginia Nereids (NVN) has started our 2023-24 season  and we will hopefully culminate in a trip to the USAAS 2024 Nationals and the USAAS 2024 Junior Olympics !
