Payment of FEES

The Sports Engine registration link provided for the 2024-25 season does not prompt parents to pay membership dues as it should have.  Therefore, we will be sending two separate invoices to members.  Please be on the lookout for these invoices as prompt payment is required for your swimmer to participate in practices.

The first invoice you will receive is for the $75 NVN team registration fee.  This invoice must be paid in full upon receipt by bank transfer using Zelle, or by credit card through Sports Engine.

The second invoice you will receive is for the 2024-25 season dues. As was the case last season, dues may be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice by bank transfer using Zelle, or by credit card through Sports Engine.  Alternatively, families may pay in three equal installments by credit card via Sports Engine at the time of invoicing and then again automatically in November and January.  Please ensure that your credit card has an expiration date beyond February 2025 if you elect this option.  We have included a screenshot below of what the payment screen will look like.

**Please note that all charges via Sports Engine incur a 3% fee plus a $1 per transaction charge.  Making payment in full at the beginning of the season via Zelle allows families to avoid these extra costs.  If you chose to pay by Zelle, please pay the amount shown on the “subtotal” line of the invoice, which excludes these extra charges.**

As a reminder, dues for the 2024-25 season are as follows. In addition, a registration fee of $75 applies. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid except under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Executive Board
