Payment of FEES

After you have have registered your swimmer for the 2025-2026 season, you will receive two separate invoices from NVN:

• 2025-26 NVN Club Membership Fee Invoice:  This fee includes the an $125 registration fee plus a $100 suit fee.  You will receive this invoice shortly after we have confirmed your registration and your 2025-26 NVN Club Membership fee must be paid in full by September 5, 2025 either via credit card on SportsEngine or  via Zelle.  As described in more detail below, payments made via SportsEngine incur various fees.  Making payment via Zelle allows you to avoid this fees.

• 2025-26 NVN Team Season Fee Invoice:  This is the fee set forth in the table above.  You will receive your invoice on September 1 and your 2025-26 NVN Team season fee may be paid in one of two ways--

  • • You may pay the entire amount in full by September 5, 2025 either via credit card on SportsEngine (will incur fees) or via Zelle (to avoid paying the SportsEngine fees); OR

    • You may pay your fee in three equal installments via credit card on SportsEngine (will incur fees).  Your first installment payment is due on September 5, 2025.  Installments 2 and 3 will be automatically charged to your card on file on November 5, 2025 and January 5, 2025, respectively. Please ensure that your credit card has an expiration date beyond February 2026 if you elect this option.  You may NOT make installment payments via Zelle.

**Please note that all charges via SportsEngine incur a 3% fee plus a $1 per transaction charge.  Making payment in full at the beginning of the season via Zelle allows families to avoid these extra costs.  If you chose to pay by Zelle, please pay the amount shown on the “subtotal” line of the invoice, which excludes these extra charges.**

No refunds will be issued for fees already paid except under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Executive Board
